Bridge replacement includes removal of culvert and replace with aluminum box culvert and approach work on Church Road over Jerome Creek, St. Clair County. This is a Local Agency project. Net classification required for this project is Between $1M and $2M Ea or Fa In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Ea and Fa. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
