This Contract provides for the improvement of Steptoe St. and Gage Blvd Intersection: Improvements consist of providing dual left turn lanes on each approach as well as new dedicated right turn lanes on the southbound and eastbound legs of the intersection. City of Richland and City of Kennewick water inter tie meter and valves will be relocated at the southwest corner of the intersection.
