| Description | Bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, and made payable to the Bridgewater Raritan Regional School District. Arrangements for a site visit shall be coordinated by contacting Stephen Santurro, Manager of Buildings and Grounds at 908-229-6380. CONTRACTOR shall furnish performance and payment Bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all CONTRACTORS obligations under the Contract Documents. This Contract shall remain in effect for a period of one hundred fifty days (150) calendar days from the written Notice to Proceed (NTP). |
