Design-Build Services for Henry County Station #17 The Henry County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide design/build services for Henry County Station #17 located at 1025 Florence McGarity Boulevard, McDonough, Georgia 30252; Parcel #107-01005006. The facility shall be adjacent to the Heritage Senior Center near the overflow parking lot. The Contractor shall determine best location based on verified field topo and design. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment and services necessary in the performance of this RFP. Question Deadline 10/26/2022 at 3:00 PM ET Deadline for requests for clarifications and questions. Any possible exceptions to the bid specifications and/or terms and conditions should be addressed during this phase. These requests will be answered in an addendum and must be emailed to: purchasing@co.henry.ga.us Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
