| Description | Replacement of Apartment Entry Door Hardware and other Door Hardware at Kinston Towers (NC 4-19), Six Churches (NC 4-66) and Roland Paylor (NC 4-95). Existing Doors, Hinges and Frames to remain. Remove existing lockset and provide new. Remove and replace existing apartment / unit Entry Door Locking Hardware – Existing Hardware is mortise type. Bidder shall review existing mortise depth for requirement of deepening mortise void as required. Note: Base Bid is full Mortise Replacement. Deduct Alternate is Cylindrical Replacement only. Remove and replace existing staff / service door hardware as noted – existing hardware is cylindrical. • Provide all other work as shown on the plans, in the Project Manual and as required by codes and the authority having jurisdiction. |
