2015 Water System Rehabilitation

2015 Water Distribution System Improvements - Part 2 and the 2015 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation projects. The projects include the installation of approximately 5,440 linear feet of 8-inch PVC waterline by open cut with embedment; 254 linear feet of 8-inch PVC waterline by other than open cut with 16-inch steel encasement pipe (1/4” wall thickness); 161 linear feet of 6-inch PVC waterline by open cut with embedment; 736 linear feet of 10-inch PVC sanitary sewer by pipe bursting (HDPE or Fusible PVC) and 116 linear feet of 10-inch SDR-26 PVC by open cut with embedment; 1,594 linear feet of 8-inch (SDR-26) sanitary sewer by open cut with embedment and eight 4-foot diameter standard manholes; 2,528 square yards of hot in-place recycling of asphalt concrete surfaces, 2,319 square yards of scarify, remix, reshaping of asphalt pavement, 256-tons of TxDOT surface course Type “D” asphalt, and 38 tons of hydrated lime, along with all necessary appurtenances.
