The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and tools necessary to complete the asphalt paving complete in place on roadway acceptable to the Operations Manager. 1) 208 W. Main (S. side) – 14' x 43' patch a. ODOT Item 245 – 4” planing of existing asphalt b. 2.5” layer of ODOT Item 448, Type 2 PG 64-22 asphalt intermediate course c. 1.5” layer of ODOT Item 448, Type 1 PG 64-22 asphalt surface course d. ODOT Item 407 tack coat, trackless tack, applied at .05 gallons per square yard between asphalt layers e. Install 4” wide AC band at all perimeter joints. 2) 150 Fairfield Dr – 8' x 14' patch a. ODOT Item 245 – 4” planing of existing asphalt b. 2.5” layer of ODOT Item 448, Type 2 PG 64-22 asphalt intermediate course. c. 1.5” layer of ODOT Item 448, Type 1 PG 64-22 asphalt surface course d. ODOT Item 407 tack coat, trackless tack, applied at .05 gallons per square yard between asphalt layers e.
