| Description | The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of, but is not limited to the following major items: 1. Construction of a rip rap stormdrain channel, storm drain pipe slip-line, removal of sediment in Pew Creek, demolition, clearing & tree removal, grading, storm drain pipe instalation, erosion control and miscellaneous appurtenances. 2. The equipment and materials to be furnished by the Contractor will be installed at the locations shown on the drawings and/or as described in the respective section of these specifications. 3. All work shall comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements and specifications. 4. The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation, shall govern the construction of this project. |
