Trask Fish Hatchery Paving Project

The following is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $100,000 Trask Fish Hatchery is located at 15050 Chance Road Tillamook OR 97141. The placement of a 4" thick, two layer hot-mix asphalt around the new hatchery building. Install parking curbs, striping, and signage as shown on the drawings. A curb and catch basin will need to be installed on the South side of the building. ODFW reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, or reject in whole or in part, any or all quotes when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the contracting Agency, in accordance with ORS 279B.100. Agency fails to receive funding, appropriations, limitations, allotments or other expenditure authority at levels sufficient to allow Agency, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to make payments under this Contract. Federal or state laws, regulations, or guidelines are modified or interpreted in a way that either the purchase of Goods or Services, or both, by the Agency under this Contract is prohibited, or the Agency is prohibited from paying for Goods or Services, or both, from the planned funding source.
