Frontier Inclusive Park Parking Lot Improvements

The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to installing a new parking lot expansion for an additional 52 parking stalls including 3” AC on 8” ABC parking section, irrigation conduit, electrical conduit, parking lights, concrete curb and sidewalk, pavement markings and required drainage for the site. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place at Frontier Park in Show Low, Arizona, 85901.
