| Description | For the making of the following described local improvements, said proposal for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in place of the following approximate quantities: 1. Perform select demolition in Section 2 Unit Substation. Install new electrical equipment, wiring, conduit, and accessories. 2. Perform select demolition in Section 3 Unit Substation. Install new electrical equipment, wiring, conduit, and accessories. 3. Perform select demolition in Section 4 Transformer. Install new electrical equipment, wiring, conduit, and accessories. 4. Install new medium voltage variable frequency drives (VFDs) for HSP-3 and HSP-6 with electrical equipment, wiring, conduit, and accessories. 5. Perform select demolition in Section 5 2400 V Motor Control Center (MCC). Uncouple the existing VFD controlling HSP-2 and HSP-3 and reconfigure it to control only HSP-2. Connect the MCC to new medium voltage VFDs including installation of new equipment, writing, conduit, and accessories. |
