| Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, parts, materials, wiring, bonding, insurance, and expertise required to perform specialized airfield lighting and electrical repairs and maintenance on a Scheduled On-Call and Emergency basis in accordance with these specifications; in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), the Institute of Electrical Electronic Engineers (IEEE), the National Electrical Manufacturer’s Association (NEMA), and Federal Aviation Administration Regulations (FAR) 139; Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) 2017 Design Standards Manual (DST) and acceptable to the MAA at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) and Martin State (MTN) Airports. |
