65.5' Maple Creek Snowmobile Bridge

For Snowmobile Bridge Proposals are requested for a 65.5' Snowmobile Bridge to meet the needs of Waupaca County. Any proposal may be withdrawn or revised in writing prior to the deadline of proposals. After opening, no proposal may be withdrawn for thirty (30) calendar days. The Owner, Waupaca County, reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive all informalities or irregularities and, at its discretion, to require as a condition of acceptance of a proposal that the Proposer present information, satisfactory to Waupaca County, relating to prior experience and the Proposer's capabilities to perform the work in accordance with the contract documents. All work must be completed by December 1st, 2023 Project Location- On an old railroad ROW owned by the DOT located north ofNew London and just East ofHwy 45.
