Description

1. Interior frame out includes perimeter walls and walls within the design. a. Treated 2x4 bottom plate and single 2x4 top plate b. Walls are to be tap-con screwed to concrete floor c. Top screwed to ceiling trusses 2. 5/8” Drywall (floor to ceiling) mud, taped and sanded finish to be installed in: a. Concession stand kitchen b. Hallway c. Mechanical room d. Storage room (sheet bottom 4’ with ½ OSB plywood mounted on top of the drywall) 3. Washrooms will have 5/8” concrete board (floor to ceiling) with tile install on all walls (Tile to be purchased by Village of Manteno and Township) 4. Finish trim in all rooms but the storage room will be a commercial grade rubber base 5. 1 3/0 interior door White primed solid core 6 panel door 6. Cabinet install will be labor only a. Include labor---(material purchased by Village of Manteno and Township) b. No Countertops (material purchased by Village of Manteno and Township) c. 64’ of upper (36”) and lower base cabinets installed d. 8’x8’ base cabinets square in center 7. All drywall and OSB finishes to be primed and 2 coats of paint (color TBD) 8. After all other mechanical trades are finished install R49 equivalent blown-in insulation in attic for entire building Exterior Specs: 1. Stone work a. Option 1 i. True masonry product and install ii. Material TBD (material purchased by Village of Manteno and Township) b. Option 2 i. Beonstone product specified on the plans 2. Siding—Smart siding spec in print (with factory paint—color TBD) a. Install proper flashing to mason product and around windows b. Install smart board lap product with trim boards at finish ends and around windows c. Caulk finish points and around windows d. Aluminum wrap garage door opening and caulk e. Wrap 10 columns in pavilion area with Stained and sealed 1x cedar and with 1x6 cedar trim boards top and bottom (stain color TBD)
