Description

Qualified firms to perform 5-year internal inspections of pressurized water storage tanks, approximately 15,000 gallons, as required by NFPA 22/25 at three elementary schools. This service is to include complete drainage of the water tanks, removal of accumulated silt/sediment, cleaning the interior of each tank, installation of new man-way gaskets and hardware, confirmation of the operation of auxiliary components as installed, and returning the system to service. The work to be done under this contract may include, but is not limited to; providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the work
