French Drain Installation at Various Locations

Work Included 1. Furnish and install new French Drain, Well and Sump Pump. 2. Remove existing concrete floor around perimeter of basement. 3. Penetrate block walls with weep holes so as to allow for proper drainage into French drain and well area. 4. Furnish and install Brite Wall or equal up to floor joist (approximately 8’) on end walls. And 8’ high x 4’ the remaining run will be 4’ high out on return walls with Poly Drain / Drainage Mat or equal around perimeter of drain. 5. Furnish and install drain line to exterior storm drain and tie into storm sewer. 6. Backfill and patch concrete floor to a smooth finish. 7. Run electrical to sump pump.
