Water Utility Improvements

The project includes but is not limited to water service replacements in designated areas. Replacements will include the full length of existing water services from the Town-Owned water main to the shutoff valve inside the residence/business being serviced; with the exception of services in the Division “B” project area that include replacement of the service from the Town-Owned water main to the water meter/property right of way. The work includes pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk removal and replacement as necessary to perform the work. The work also includes any restoration to signs, pavement markings, trees, lawn areas, and landscaping impacted to perform the work.
