Description

Scope of Work will include three (3) buildings in the Borough: Vermeule Mansion (Project A); North Plainfield Public Library (Project B); and Vermeule Community Center (Projects C & D). Projects A, B, and C include interior improvements and HVAC system upgrades to toilet rooms and meeting spaces. Project D includes exterior work via the creation of an outdoor paved plaza featuring a partially covered porch, exterior seating, landscaping, and site drainage.
