Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Hudson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility. In general, the Project Work consists of upgrading the existing flooring in the Town Hall and installing flooring in the new addition. All potential bidders may submit any questions regarding this bid by March 15, 2022 so that they can be reviewed and answered by March 20, 2022. Send questions to the Town Clerk via email at clerk@hudsonwi.town The Town Board will review the bids and if the project is awarded, the award will be made on the basis of the lowest, responsive, responsible qualified Bidder. The bids will be considered at the April 11, 2022 at 5:00PM at a Special Town Board Meeting. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Town.
