Upon acceptance of the work by the owner, the contractor shall submit a maintenance bond (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-16.3) in an amount not to exceed % of the project costs guaranteeing against defective quality of work or materials for the period when issuing addenda, the owner shall provide required notice prior to the officialreceipt of bids to any person who has submitted a bid or who has received a bid package.
