Description

1. Installation of new concrete encased duct banks, medium voltage transformer and switch pads. 2. Installation of new 5kv and 15kV conductors for building and equipment feeds. 3. Installation of new medium voltage transformers, switchgear and switchboards. 4. Installation of new screen walls. 5. Removal and re-pouring/repaving of sidewalks and paving for the installation of ductbanks. 6. For buildings that will be without power for longer than 24 consecutive hours you must provide a generator and temporarily feed buildings while they are deenergized due to removal and installation of new duct banks, conduit/wire feeds, gear, etc. 7. This project will be broken into 3 phases with one contractor being awarded all 3 phases. 8. The successful contractor will receive a contract for the dollar value of Phase 1 with Phase 2 and 3 being alternates. Phase 2 and 3 will be incorporated into the contract via a change order in September of 2021.
