Per 36.204 Disclosure of Construction Project Magnitude: Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. 100% payment protection is required for construction contracts awarded over $35,000 (required within 10 days of award). Performance bond not required. A Site Tour is scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, 2019 at 9am. Interested quoters are to meet at the BLM Glasgow Field Office, located at 5 Lasar Drive in Glasgow, Montana. Expect to drive over unimproved roads to the project site. The site tour is not mandatory but highly recommended. Interested parties are responsible for their own transportation to each site. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Period of Performance is 08/22/2022 to 10/11/2022. Contractor will have 50 days from the start of the contract to complete the work once the work begins, or until 10/11/2022.
