Jail Outside Air Intake Improvements

Revise outside air intake of existing packaged rooftop HVAC unit to provide additional clearance from adjacent HVAC flue. The intent of the contract is to prescribe a complete work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies, and incidentals required to complete all contract work. Omissions from the contract of details of work which are necessary to carry out the intent of the contract, or which are customarily performed, shall not relieve the Contractor from. performing the omitted work, but they shall be performed as if fully and correctly set forth and described in the contract. The unit contract bid prices shall be full pay for all work and materials required to complete the work.
