RFP-Fire Academy Warehouse

The Work to be performed under this Contract by the Contractor shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services required for the project and related construction, complete for the unit and lump sum prices bid. The Contract work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the entirety of the Contract Documents including The Specifications, Contract Drawings, and any revisions, interpretations, or supplemental instructions issued in accordance with the Contract. The Contract work is to be coordinated by the Contractor with the Owner, Engineer, Utilities and third parties as necessary. The Contractor shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and services as necessary for the construction of the work within his cost bid. The Contractor shall provide all appurtenant work as particularly indicated, shown or described in the specifications and contract documents. The Contractor shall complete all work of the Project, including final cleanup, receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy for the constructed facility and completion of any list of incorrect or uncompleted items issued by the Engineer within Four Hundred and Eighty (480) calendar days of the issuance of Notice to Proceed.
