Description

The Consultant will provide all engineering, geotechnical, environmental, and land survey services necessary to provide Princeton with six (6) independent sets of bid-ready plans and construction documents for the improvement, partial replacement, or full replacement of the pump stations and force mains noted in Section 2. The scope of work shall include the investigation and evaluation of the existing condition of the stations, equipment and vehicular site access, flooding and inclement weather resiliency, impervious surface and stormwater management requirements, review of current codes and standards, preparation of maintenance manuals, and preliminary and final design of the proposed improvements. The consultant shall prepare and submit all applications for permits required by local, state, and federal agencies.
