Description: HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair Work Location: In Aroostook, Penobscot, and Washington Counties, project is located at various MaineDOT owned buildings. Outline of Work: Perform annual preventative maintenance, provide on call repair and emergency services, and other incidental work. The basis of award will be by the Area's 1 - 4 lowest bid for each area. For general information regarding Bidding and Contracting procedures, contact George Macdougall at (207) 624-3410.
