If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Purchasing Office at: State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 2:00 p.m. November 14, 2019. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Project Description: This project consists of placing wall tin over portions of an existing approximately 4400 s/f brick/block shop building located on the grounds of the Wyoming Boy's School outside of Worland Wyoming. Work to Include: Hat channel to attach tin to brick/block 26 gauge smp grade 80 lifetime warranty tin (color to be selected by owner) All trim and flashing to be 26 gauge smp grade 40 (color to be selected by owner) Replace three (3) hollow metal doors (Steel Craft or equivalent) including hardware and sweeps (doors to be painted, color to be selected by owner) Replace four (4) windows with aluminum fixed dual pane insulated windows to include: new blocking, backer rod and joint sealant both sides and aluminum trim to match Replace concrete slab under double doors with new concrete. Note: Fill all voids in window and door openings with spray foam great Stuff window and door insulating foam sealant by Dupont or equal
