Description | Ben Franklin Transit (BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, is requesting quotes from qualified Contractors interested in providing powder coat services for up to 25 bus shelters. This procurement will be a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purpose of services in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions set forth in RFQ 22-18 and be awarded to the responsible low bidder. The Contractors quote will include and not limited to prevailing wage labor hours, equipment, materials, certifications, transportation, services and applicable warranties in order to complete the work in accordance with Local State specifications and regulations. Protest Procedure Policy BFT's protest procedure policy can be obtained by contacting BFT's Procurement Analyst at the above email address. Contractors who can demonstrate substantial economic interest may protest BFT's decision regarding a provision of the RFQ or Award. BFT reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive informalities and minor irregularities in quotes received with any Contractor, and to accept quotes which are considered to be in the best interest of BFT.
