Residential Waste and Recyclable Material

Collection and disposal of all RESIDENTIAL WASTE and RECYCLABLE MATERIAL, for single and two-family dwelling structures within the unincorporated area of Weathersfield Township. The exclusive contract for collection and disposal of residential refuse and garbage, with recycling (the "Contract"), shall be for a three (3) year period with the option for two mutually agreed extension periods for a period of two (2) years each. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a bid security in the amount and subject to the conditions provided in this Bid Package. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Performance Cash Deposit within ten (10) days of contract award. Each prospective bidder must be an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informalities. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
