Description

Qualified firms to solicit proposals to furnish/provide materials, equipment, warranty, labor, permits ad supervision for the planting of trees, shrubs, ground covers and turf grass for various projects located throughout the City of Newport News. The successful Contractor(s) shall provide and install landscape plants/materials, and furnish all equipment, labor, supervision, permits, industry certifications, traffic control, signage, personal protective equipment (PPE) for each worker, and other incidentals necessary to complete various landscape projects.
