Repair Staff Housing

The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to remove drywall, baseboard, doors, door frames, windows, window frames that exceed the reading of 1.0mg/cm2 as identified in the provided lead survey report. The contractor will install a new window for each window removed. Window replacements shall be of vinyl construction complete with hardware and related components. All windows shall be factory glazed (energy efficient). Items/materials being removed have been tested and contain lead based paint. Removal of items/materials includes any fasteners (nails, screws, etc…). FCC Petersburg will furnish the lead survey report on these houses.
