Supplement to Traffic Sign Materials

1. The City of Palm Bay, acting as the Lead Entity for the Brevard County Public Entity Purchasing Cooperative, is requesting quotes for the purchase and delivery of Traffic Sign Materials. 2. The quantities provided are estimates and are for assistance in quote preparation only and should not be interpreted as restrictive minimum or maximum quantities to be purchased. A minimum is not guaranteed. Purchase orders will be issued for specific materials and quantities on an ‘as needed’ basis. 3. The intent of this contract is to have available multiple sources for purchasing traffic sign materials with guaranteed pricing. Therefore, this contract may be awarded, at a minimum, to a primary and secondary supplier or may be awarded by group as identified on the quote forms or may be awarded to multiple vendors depending on price and availability.
