Classroom Casework

The purpose of this IFB is to solicit sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide NNPS with materials, resources, and services to replace or supplement existing casework. This Project is envisioned as a multi-project, multi-school project that will be funded on a project-by-project, school-by-school basis. Separate purchase orders will be awarded to the successful vendor for each project or multiple projects awarded at the same time individual proposals are submitted. Pricing submitted will apply to all projects for the duration of the contract. The contract will be for one (1) initial year with the option to renew the (4) additional one-year terms. Submit questions regarding the Invitation for Bid in writing to the Issuing Office at shaelee.bailey@nn.k12.va.us no later than October 11, 2022, 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time. Necessary replies will be issued to all Bidders of record as addenda that shall become part of the contract documents. Oral instructions do not form a part of the bid documents.
