Interior Build-Out of the Second Floor of the Baldwin County Satellite Courthouse

Consists of approximately 13,500 sf of existing, conditioned space that was constructed in anticipation of a future build-out. The existing space is currently unoccupied and little/no demolition is expected. Generally, the work will include the following items; New interior, non-load bearing partitions, Modification to existing duct work to accommodate new floor plan, Modifications to existing fire suppression systems to accommodate wall layout and required head coverage, installation of branch circuits for electrical systems, data conduit installation, installation of all interior finishes, installation of communicating doors and hardware, installation of solar film at existing west wall and interior painting/staining. At this time, it is not anticipated that any structural work will be required nor any work to the exterior of the existing facility.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Demolition, Selective Demolition, Selective Interior Demolition.
Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Millwork.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection, Thermal Insulation.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating, Painting.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression, Fire-Suppression Sprinkler Systems.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
