It is the intent to purchase Liquid Runway Deicer on an as-needed basis for MacArthur Airport. Cover a potassium- acetate based deicing/anti-icing fluid in the form of a concentrate liquid meeting FAA-approved specifications SAE AMS 1435, herein referred to as 'the fluid'.
