MTC Courtyard Partial Brick Paver Replacement

1. Remove and replace existing 2 ¾” x 8 1/8” x 2 3/8” tumbled brick pavers, color: Old Florida Blend, and install approximately 2,600 sq. ft. of new commercial hardened edge 2 ¾” x 8 1/8” x 2 3/8” untumbled brick pavers, color: Old Florida Blend. 2. Remove, clean, and re-install 650 sq. ft. of shell finish white color 12” x 12” x 2 3/8” tile border tile; and 3. Pressure clean, remove and replace the epoxy sand between the joints of 3,170 sq. ft. of brick pavers along the breezeway between the Town Center City Hall and Development buildings. The brick walkway and sidewalk run in the Miramar Town Center Courtyard is both functional and historic in nature. The sidewalks and walkways are constructed out of sand or gravel set, Old Florida Blend color tumbled brick pavers with a shell finish white color 12” x 12” x 2 3/8” tile border tile. The tumbled pavers have cracked edges and have settled and raised causing some of the brick paver areas to appear in a dilapidated condition.
