Description | The work will involve rehabilitation of 974 linear feet of 54-inch diameter reinforced concrete (RCP) sanitary sewer interceptor pipe in Littleton, Colorado, using trenchless technologies. The project is located within both Colorado Department of Transportation right of way and private property. Project includes reconnection of nine sanitary sewer Tmanhole openings, two of which are located within a vault structure that contains a 36-inch lateral connection, and service taps. Contractor shall verify active service taps, and reconnect five existing service taps. Slipling under active flow is required for the segments beneath W Belleview Avenue (State Highway 88). Sliplining or Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) is permitted as options in other segments, as most cost effective. Business and private property notification and property access coordination is required. Bypass pumping and/or flow control, cleaning the lines, and pre and post televising (CCTV), and traffic control will also be required |
