Description

LOCATION OF WORK/PROJECTS: 012-AN2 is a 75,600 SF two story building located at Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center located at 6301 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK 73169. Magnitude of Construction: $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. Provide all labor and materials to renovate the 2nd Floor of the ANF2 Building - 012-AN2 per FAA construction plans and specifications provided by the FAA. Project consists of a Base Bid only and includes: 1. Complete demolition of all existing construction, finishes, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as indicated in the contract drawings. A small section of existing raised access floor is to be removed to allow for the restroom expansion. All other raised access floor is to remain and be protected during construction. 2. Complete renovation of the AN2 2nd floor as indicated in the contract drawings. This work shall include, but not limited to: a. Reconfiguration of the 2nd floor walls, doors, and associated door hardware. b. Replace all existing 2nd floor ceilings and interior finishes. c. Install interior window treatments. d. Install FAA, IBC 2015, and ANSI A117.1 compliant signage. e. Install a new duct system layout to work with the reconfigured 2nd floor.f. Replace all existing 2nd floor VAVs and controls. g. Expand the existing restrooms and replace all existing restroom plumbing fixtures and finishes as indicated in the contract drawings. Overbuilt floor shall be installed at the restroom expansion. h. Drinking fountains shall be replaced with new combo drinking/bottle filler fountains. i. Modification of the fire suppression system shall be as required to coordinate with 2nd floor reconfiguration.
