• Replacement of broken granite pavers and cracked concrete pavement in the east and west Plazas; • Remediate current conditions of deteriorating grout between granite pavers, either through repair or replacement; • Remove efflorescence from Plazas planter walls; • Correct drainage or sub-surface issues in the Plazas; • Resurface the west concrete stairs; and • Restore operational and refurbishment of the existing west Plazas water fountain.
