The Work included in this contract may include, but is not limited to, the repair of utility items including underground pipelines, water services, valves, sewer services, fire hydrants, storm drainage pipe, and all the necessary work to access the item to be repaired and restoring the surface to pre-repair condition (cutting and removing concrete, digging, trenching, backfilling, replacing concrete, hauling spoils, repairing irrigation, placing sod, etc.).
