| Description | Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, services, etc., necessary for: Central Library Reading Garden, Ashland, Kentucky Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of each Proposal submitted must accompany each Proposal in accord with the Form of Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond, written on AIA Document A312, in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. The last day for questions to be submitted for a response by Addendum is August 15, 2023 at noon. A Bid may not be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days following the time and date designated for receipt of Bids and Bidder so agrees in submitting his Bid. The Library Board reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities to any bid where the best interest of the Library may be served. |
