Campus HVAC Repairs - Kean Hall/campus Center/gentry Center

Complete HVAC started in Phase 1 at Campus Center, Kean Hall, Gentry (Bowl only) and Strange Music. Scope to include DDC controls and associated work. 1 KEAN HALL: REPLACE LOWER LEVEL FAN COILS AND PNEUMATIC CONTROL DEVICES W/ DDC CAMPUS CENTER: REPLACE MECHANICAL ROOM PUMPS; LOWER LEVEL VAV BOXES, FAN COILS, PNEUMATIC CONTROL DEVICES W/ DDC CAMPUS CENTER: REPLACE MECHANICAL ROOM PUMPS; LOWER LEVEL VAV BOXES, FAN COILS, PNEUMATIC CONTROL DEVICES W/ DDC The project consists of replacing Kean Hall Lower Level Fan Coils and pneumatic control devices. Pneumatic components are to be demolished and replaced with DDC hardware and software for all replaced Fan Coils and air handlers on this level. B. Project includes demolition and replacement of VAV boxes in the Campus Center on the Lower floor. Pneumatic components are to be demolished and replaced with DDC hardware and software for all replaced Fan Coils, Water Coils and VAV boxes on this level. C. Project includes demolition and replacement of chill and hot water pumps in the Campus Center lower level mechanical room. Four pumps total. D. The project includes demolition and replacement of Air Handlers One, Two and Three in the Gentry Center as well as the pneumatic control devices and software for the three air handlers. Pneumatic components are to be demolished and replaced with DDC hardware and software. All electrical connections to be new. Work to occur in confined, elevated mechanical rooms with difficult access. Contractor is strongly advised to be familiar with site conditions prior to Bid.
