| Description | This project consists of hauling, removing and performing final disposal of the lime sludge/cake from the North Water Treatment Plant (NWTP) facility located at 807 E. Elkcam Circle, Marco Island, FL 34145. This proposal shall be submitted with the contractor providing a disposal site. The sludge volume varies by the flow demands of the water treatment plant and is estimated to be approximately 27.5 cubic yards per day of low moisture lime sludge/cake. The estimated weight of the lime sludge/cake is approximately 1960 lbs. per cubic yard. Bidder must provide at least two trailers with a minimum of 27.5 cubic yard capacity per trailer for use at the plant. |
