The 2022 Road Improvement Program (Re-Bid)

The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items: 275 Tons of Superpave Mixture Base Repair 2,830 SY of Milling 3,730 SY of Superpave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay portal a fee of 0.003333% or $100-$5,000 of the contract award value. Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to bids greater or equal to $25,000. Notice is hereby given to the requirements contained in this Bid Package particularly to the various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond, performance bond and maintenance bond for 100% of the contract price.
