Ground Aviation Fuel Facility Installation

One (1) 5,000-gallon (nominal) capacity aboveground 100 low-lead (LL) aviation fuel storage tank. Any/all existing tank accessories and attachments associated to the 5,000-gallon (nominal) capacity aboveground 100 low-lead (LL) aviation fuel storage tank. Any/all required tank piping and connections. Any/all required electrical wiring and connections. Relocate existing Fuel Master self-serve refueling electronic credit card reading/recording system to be networked for credit card reading and key card reading. Any/all required electronic and communications interconnect wiring to fuel tanks/pumps. Any/all applicable tank and dispensing system leak monitoring and safety items. Any/all required electrical and/or communications disconnections and hook-ups related to the aircraft refueling facility. Any/all security and flood lighting disconnections and hook-ups related to the aircraft refueling facility. Coordination with fuel intended supplier for hookups and offloading of fuel to new tank. Permits, drawings and appropriate approvals from agencies having jurisdiction over the aircraft refueling facility. PE stamped drawings for permitting. Inspections and fees. Site preparation, AST concrete pad, bollards, drainage, conduit, etc. for tank/piping/accessories/dispensing system. Any/all required lifting and hauling equipment. Any and/or all incidentals not mentioned which are necessary to successfully install the above referenced tank, accessories and systems to provide an operable aboveground aircraft refueling facility.
