| Description | Contractor shall have on staff trained pipe fitters, boilermakers, welders and New Jersey State licensed plumber to either replace or repair boilers and/or hydronic system components as needed to provide heating to the district's various buildings. Contractor shall be responsible for assessing and evaluating all boilers, associated controls, associated piping, mixing valves, circulating pumps, expansion tanks, coils, heat exchangers, storage tanks and hot water heaters as is associated with both potable and non-potable hot water supply systems and components. Contractor shall be experienced in the repair or replacement of said components as described above. |
