City Hall – interior renovations primarily focused on the Customer Service counter and windows as well as lighting and finish upgrades to the Conference Room, Break room and Corridor. Public Works – Approx 3200 sf of complete interior renovations, including demolition of the existing interior, as well as enclosing OH door openings in the existing wall. Enclosed Storage Building – Enclosing 3 bays of a current PEMB covered storage canopy that currently has 3 sides enclosed. This fourth side is primarily adding OH access along with necessary lighting and ventilation upgrades. No site related work unless specifically indicated.
