Provide Landscaping Services for Nine (9) Convenience Centers

There are nine (9) Convenience Centers located throughout Charleston County for the Environmental Management Department, Charleston, South Carolina. Location: 1.Edisto – 2844 Highway 174, Edisto Island, SC 29438 •Cut grass inside complete site. •Cut and weed eat outside fence and around ditch. •Trim back any limbs hanging over privacy fence around entire site. •Spray weed killer where necessary. •Cut back small limbs that may be low enough to reach with a trimmer above the fence line. 2.Adams Run – 8326 Old Jacksonboro Road, Adams Run, SC 29426 •Cut grass outside entrance both sides. •Trim back any limbs hanging over fence around entire site. •Spray weed killer where necessary. •Cut back small limbs that may be low enough to reach with a trimmer above thefence line. 3.McClellanville – 1775 River Road, McClellanville, SC 29438 •Cut and weed eat grass on both sides of the entrance to the site. •Trim back any limbs or bush hanging over fence to the right and rear of the site. •Spray weed killer where necessary. 4.Hollywood – 5305 Highway 165, Hollywood, SC 29449 •Cut grass to entrance of site both sides. •Weed eat both sides where needed to entrance both sides, and ditch. •Trim back any limbs hanging over fence around left side of site and at left side entrance to site. •Spray weed killer where necessary. •Cut back small limbs that may be low enough to reach with a trimmer above the fence line. 5.Wadmalaw – 1558 Liberia Road, Wadmalaw, SC 29487 •Cut and weed eat grass outside entrance of site on both sides. •Trim back any limbs hanging over fence around entire site. •Spray weed killer where necessary. •Cut back small limbs that may be low enough to reach with a trimmer above the fence line. 6.Awendaw – 6380 Maxville Road, Awendaw, SC 29429 •Cut grass and weed eat grass outside entrance gate. •Cut and weed eat grass inside entrance of site, both sides and to the right of the site next to the office. •Spray weed killer where necessary. •Cut back small limbs that may be low enough to reach with a trimmer above the fence line. 7.Bees Ferry Road – 1344 Bees Ferry Road, SC 29414 •Cut and weed eat grass at the entrance outside the gate only and around the buildings, and other obstacles within the area. •Trim back all shrubbery. •Weed Control: Weeds and other foreign growth will need to be removed on an as needed basis from shrub beds, annual beds, walkways, and parking areas by chemical and/or manual means.'•Mulch annually. •General Site Clean-up to maintain: walkways, parking areas, and roadways. 8.Romney Street (Material Recovery Facility) – 13 Romney Street, Charleston, SC 29403 •Cut and weed eat grass on both sides of fence located in the front of the site. •Cut and weed eat grass on inside only of the perimeter and back of site. •Cut and weed eat area located outside front fence near drop side containers. •Trim back any tree limbs hanging at the front of the site. •Trim back all shrubbery.•Spray weed killer where necessary. •Seasonal flowers will be installed around the flagpole. 9.Signal Point Road – 1716 Signal Point Road, James Island, SC 29412 •Cut grass outside entrance both sides. •Trim back any limbs hanging over fence around entire site. •Spray weed killer where necessary. •Cut back small limbs that may be low enough to reach with a trimmer above the fence line.
