Provides for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment and work necessary for the replacement of an existing single-span steel wide flange beam bridge over the PA Turnpike with a two-span curved steel plate girder bridge along with Center Road approach roadway realignment. The work also includes side road work on Old Frankstown Road (S.R. 2066), McKenzie Drive, Gateway Drive, and construction of driveway tie-ins.
