| Description | Contract Term The term of any resulting contract shall end on or before the end of the day August 30, 2021. 1. Weekly Lawn Maintenance: will include mowing, line trimming/edging and removal of all grass clippings and debris from all paved surfaces and walkways. The need for lawn maintenance is highly dependent upon weather. Thus the expected frequency of lawn maintenance will be between 0 to a maximum of 2 times per week, as needed. 2. Areas to be serviced: All lawn within the Bay College Escanaba campus property, except for City of Escanaba maintained Soccer Fields. Approximately 30 acres of lawn (see map). 3. Spring Clean-Up Includes: Initial mowing and trimming, removal of all sticks/leaves/debris Cleaning curb lines and repairing plow damage. 4. Fall Clean-Up Includes: Final mowing and edging, removal of all leaves/sticks/debris from lawn areas. 5. Engagement: Bidder to provide Bay College with services consisting of Weekly Lawn Maintenance and such other services as Bay College and Service Provider may agree upon. Further services may include mulching, tree and shrub pruning, garden weeding, etc. such services will consist of extra charges to be billed as the jobs are completed. | ||
